# Google Calendar & Meet

> Stop follow-ups the moment a lead books, and book calls with a Meet link from any lead.

Connect Google Calendar and ManyPI notices meetings with your leads. A lead
who has a call on your calendar stops getting follow-ups, and you can book a
call with a Google Meet link straight from their record.

<Note>
  Google sign-in for Calendar is rolling out while Google reviews ManyPI's
  access. If you do not see **Connect** yet, [Cal.com](/integrations/calcom)
  or [Calendly](/integrations/calendly) work today.
</Note>

## Connect

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Integrations">
    In ManyPI, open **Integrations** in the sidebar and click **Google Calendar
    & Meet**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in with Google">
    Click **Connect**, choose your Google account, and approve.
  </Step>
</Steps>

ManyPI watches your primary calendar. The first sync looks back 30 days to
attach recent meetings to their leads, without pausing anything or sending
notifications for them.

## What it does

* **Pause their campaigns when someone books** (on by default). When a
  meeting with a lead lands on your calendar, their sequence stops, so nobody
  gets a follow-up after saying yes.
* **Book meeting** on a lead's record creates a calendar event with a Google
  Meet link and invites them.
* **Save Meet transcripts on the lead** (off by default). After a call, the
  Meet transcript is stored on the lead. Turning it on asks Google for one
  more permission.
* Workflows and [webhooks](/integrations/webhooks) can react to bookings
  through the `meeting.booked` event.

## Disconnect

Open the connection under **Integrations** and click **Disconnect**. You can
also remove ManyPI from your Google account's third-party access page.
