# ChatGPT

> Add ManyPI to ChatGPT as a custom connector in developer mode.

Custom connectors need a paid ChatGPT plan with developer mode turned on.

  <Step title="Turn on developer mode">
    Open **Settings → Connectors → Advanced** and switch on **Developer mode**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create the connector">
    Under **Connectors**, click **Create**, name it `ManyPI`, and paste:

    ```
    https://mcp.manypi.com/mcp
    ```
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add your key">
    Add a custom header so every call is authenticated:

    ```
    Authorization: Bearer mpi_your_api_key
    ```
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use it in a chat">
    Start a new chat, open the **+** menu, choose **Developer mode**, and pick
    **ManyPI**.
  </Step>

<Note>
  Replace `mpi_your_api_key` with a key from **API Access** in the profile
  menu. It needs `read`, plus `agents` to find leads, `write` to draft emails
  and create sequences, campaigns and imports, and `outreach:send` to send.

## Try it

Ask your assistant something like:

Find 25 boutique fitness studios in Denver with an owner or manager email,
then draft a three-step sequence offering them a free trial week.
```
