# Claude.ai and Claude Desktop

> Add ManyPI as a custom connector in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile.

A connector added on claude.ai is also available in Claude Desktop and the
Claude mobile apps signed in to the same account.

## Sign in with your browser

<Steps>
  <Step title="Add a custom connector">
    Open **Settings → Connectors** and click **Add custom connector**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Name it and paste the URL">
    Name it `ManyPI` and paste:

    ```
    https://mcp.manypi.com/mcp
    ```

    Leave the advanced OAuth fields empty. Claude reads them from ManyPI.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect">
    Click **Connect**. ManyPI opens in a new window; approve, and the connector
    goes live.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn it on in a chat">
    In a conversation, open the tools menu and make sure **ManyPI** is enabled.
  </Step>
</Steps>

On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner may need to add the connector for the
organization first under **Admin settings → Connectors**.

## Use an API key instead

Add the connector the same way. When Claude asks for an Authorization header,
paste:

```
Authorization: Bearer mpi_your_api_key
```

<Note>
  Replace `mpi_your_api_key` with a key from **API Access** in the profile
  menu. It needs `read`, plus `agents` to find leads, `write` to draft emails
  and create sequences, campaigns and imports, and `outreach:send` to send.
  See [API keys and permissions](/platform/api-keys).
</Note>

## Try it

Ask your assistant something like:

```
Find 25 boutique fitness studios in Denver with an owner or manager email,
then draft a three-step sequence offering them a free trial week.
```
