ManyPI sends cold email from your own mailboxes, not from a shared ManyPI domain. That means your deliverability is yours: your domain, your reputation, your replies landing in your inbox.

The four pieces

1

Inbox

A mailbox you connect, over Gmail/Outlook OAuth or plain SMTP. It carries the daily cap, the warmup schedule and the health score.
2

Sequence

The email steps: step 1 plus timed follow-ups, with merge variables so one template personalises across every lead.
3

Campaign

Binds one sequence to one inbox, and carries the send window, daily limit, tracking and priority.
4

Enrollment

A lead placed into a campaign. ManyPI schedules the steps, sends them within the caps, and stops the moment they reply.

The sending loop

ManyPI’s scheduler runs continuously and decides, for every due enrollment, whether it may send right now:
  1. Is the campaign active and inside its send window (days of week, hours, timezone)?
  2. Has the inbox hit today’s cap? The cap is the warmup-aware number, not the raw daily limit.
  3. Has the campaign hit its own daily limit?
  4. Is the address suppressed, unsubscribed or known-undeliverable?
  5. Has the lead replied? If so, remaining steps are cancelled.
Sends are staggered, not fired in a burst — twenty emails at 09:00:00 looks exactly like what it is.

What stops a sequence

Plan gates

Sending to leads requires a paid plan. Free workspaces can connect an inbox, build sequences, create campaigns and send test emails to themselves — they just cannot enroll leads or send to them. Hitting a gate over the API returns 403 with code: "outreach_locked".

Where to go next

Inboxes & warmup

Connect Gmail, Outlook or SMTP, and ramp a new domain safely.

Sequences

Steps, merge variables, threading, AI drafting and A/B variants.

Campaigns

Send windows, daily limits, enrollment and per-campaign analytics.

Replies & deliverability

Sentiment, bounces, suppressions and unsubscribes.
