Connect

1

Create an access token

In Attio, open Workspace settings → Developers (or go straight to developer settings) and click New access token.
2

Give it access

Grant read-write access to records and notes, and read access to object configuration. Copy the token.
3

Paste it in ManyPI

Open Integrations in the sidebar, click Attio, paste the token, and click Connect.

What you can do

Open the Attio connection under Integrations and click Import Attio contacts. Choose what they are:
  • Prospects to reach out to become leads you can add to campaigns.
  • Existing customers go on your do-not-contact list, so nobody you already work with gets cold email.
In Leads, tick the leads you want (or filter the list), open Export, and click Send to Attio. Leads already in Attio with the same email are updated, not duplicated.
Two switches on the connection, both on by default:
  • Add leads who reply positively, with their reply as a note.
  • Add leads who book a meeting, with the meeting as a note.
These run on paid plans.
Leads go to Attio as people.
