Open the Developer Hub
In Intercom, open the Developer Hub
and create an app, or open one you already have.

Copy the access token
Go to Configure → Authentication and copy the access token.

Paste it in ManyPI
Open Integrations in the sidebar, click Intercom, paste the token,
and click Connect.
Import contacts
Open the Intercom connection under Integrations and click Import contacts. Choose what they are:- Existing customers go on your do-not-contact list. This is the usual choice for a support tool: the people in it already pay you, and cold email is the fastest way to annoy them.
