Teams receives messages through a Workflows webhook. ManyPI sends them as Adaptive Cards, so they show a title, the details and an Open in ManyPI button.

Open Workflows on the channel

In Teams, open the channel’s … menu and choose Workflows.

Pick the webhook template

Choose Post to a channel when a webhook request is received.

Copy the URL

Finish the steps and copy the URL Teams gives you.

Paste it in ManyPI

Open Integrations in the sidebar, click Microsoft Teams, paste the URL, and click Connect.

What gets posted

Two switches on the connection, both on by default:
  • Post when someone replies positively: who replied, a one-line summary of their reply, and the campaign.
  • Post when someone books a meeting: who booked, the meeting and its time, and the calendar it came from.
Each message has an Open in ManyPI link to the conversation. Notifications run on paid plans. Click Test on the connection to send a sample message to the channel.
Need every reply, bounce or deal change, or a format of your own? Use a webhook instead and shape the message yourself.
