Connect

Open Integrations in the sidebar, click HubSpot, then Connect, and approve ManyPI in HubSpot. If ManyPI asks for a token instead, connect with a private app:
1

Open Private Apps

In HubSpot, open Settings → Integrations → Private Apps (or go straight to private apps).
2

Create a private app

Under Scopes, tick crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.contacts.write.
3

Copy the token

Create the app, copy its access token (it starts with pat-), and paste it in ManyPI.

What you can do

Open the HubSpot connection under Integrations and click Import HubSpot contacts. Choose what they are:
  • Prospects to reach out to become leads you can add to campaigns.
  • Existing customers go on your do-not-contact list, so nobody you already work with gets cold email.
In Leads, tick the leads you want (or filter the list), open Export, and click Send to HubSpot. Leads already in HubSpot with the same email are updated, not duplicated.
Two switches on the connection, both on by default:
  • Add leads who reply positively, with their reply as a note.
  • Add leads who book a meeting, with the meeting as a note.
These run on paid plans.
Leads go to HubSpot as contacts, matched by email.
