Create an API key
In Close, open Settings → Developer → API Keys (or go straight to
API keys) and click
New API Key. Copy it.

Paste it in ManyPI
Open Integrations in the sidebar, click Close, paste the key, and
click Connect.
What you can do
Import contacts
Import contacts
Open the Close connection under Integrations and click Import Close
contacts. Choose what they are:
- Prospects to reach out to become leads you can add to campaigns.
- Existing customers go on your do-not-contact list, so nobody you already work with gets cold email.
Send leads
Send leads
In Leads, tick the leads you want (or filter the list), open
Export, and click Send to Close. Leads already in Close with the
same email are updated, not duplicated.

Add leads automatically
Two switches on the connection, both on by default:
- Add leads who reply positively, with their reply as a note.
- Add leads who book a meeting, with the meeting as a note.
