What happens on a booking
- The meeting shows up on the lead’s timeline.
- Pause their campaigns when someone books (on by default) stops the sequence, so nobody gets a follow-up after saying yes.
- Add new bookers as leads (on by default) creates a lead for someone who books without being one yet.
- Workflows and webhooks can react to it through
the
meeting.bookedevent.
Your booking link
Under More settings, pick the booking page Cal.com should use. Then write{{booking_link}} in any email, or insert it from Sign off in the email
editor. Each send fills in that page’s address.
