ManyPI posts to Slack through an incoming webhook, which belongs to one channel.

Connect

1

Create a Slack app

Go to api.slack.com/apps, click Create New App, then From scratch, and pick your workspace.
2

Turn on incoming webhooks

Open Incoming Webhooks and switch it on.
3

Add a webhook

Click Add New Webhook to Workspace, pick the channel, and copy the URL. It starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/.
4

Paste it in ManyPI

Open Integrations in the sidebar, click Slack, paste the URL, and click Connect.

What gets posted

Two switches on the connection, both on by default:
  • Post when someone replies positively: who replied, a one-line summary of their reply, and the campaign.
  • Post when someone books a meeting: who booked, the meeting and its time, and the calendar it came from.
Each message has an Open in ManyPI link to the conversation. Notifications run on paid plans. Click Test on the connection to send a sample message to the channel.
Need every reply, bounce or deal change, or a format of your own? Use a webhook instead and shape the message yourself.
