Webhooks in Google Chat are available on Google Workspace accounts.

Open the space

In Google Chat, open the space and click its name at the top.

Add a webhook

Choose Apps & integrations, then Add webhooks. Give it a name (for example, ManyPI) and save.

Copy the URL

Copy the webhook URL. It starts with https://chat.googleapis.com/v1/spaces/.

Paste it in ManyPI

Open Integrations in the sidebar, click Google Chat, paste the URL, and click Connect.

What gets posted

Two switches on the connection, both on by default:
  • Post when someone replies positively: who replied, a one-line summary of their reply, and the campaign.
  • Post when someone books a meeting: who booked, the meeting and its time, and the calendar it came from.
Each message has an Open in ManyPI link to the conversation. Notifications run on paid plans. Click Test on the connection to send a sample message to the space.
Need every reply, bounce or deal change, or a format of your own? Use a webhook instead and shape the message yourself.
